As a track construction foreman (m/f/d), you will be responsible for convoy, process and execution on nationwide railway projects in central and southern Germany.
For our track construction projects, we are looking for an indefinite full-time foreman with a focus on working nationwide in central and southern Germany and with connections to Waldshut-Tiengen or Zwickau. The position is aimed at applicants with in-depth practical experience in track construction, knowledge of DB regulations and the ability to manage construction site processes cleanly and implement them as a team.
You have training in construction or track construction, for example as a road builder or civil engineering specialist, and have at least five years of experience in track construction, ideally also in underground cable construction. Secure knowledge of Deutsche Bahn regulations and standards, readiness to assemble for nationwide deployments and willingness to work night and weekend shifts during DB lockdowns are important. We are looking for a person who combines team spirit with leadership skills, can guide colleagues and also gets involved on the construction site himself.
In track construction, pure specialist practice is not enough. It is crucial to steer a convoy, comply safely with regulations, document progress cleanly and work together reliably with construction management and project team.
