You will be responsible for managing and implementing control and safety technology projects in the Deutsche Bahn environment.
For our control and safety technology projects, we are looking for a strong professional who manages construction processes, leads teams and safely translates technical requirements into practice. The position is aimed at applicants with experience in construction management or master positions in the area of control and safety technology or in comparable Deutsche Bahn infrastructure projects.
You have a degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical education. Several years of professional experience in construction management of control and safety technology projects or in comparable rail infrastructure projects, in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations and experience in managing construction site teams are expected. Assertiveness, strong communication skills, a structured way of working, a high willingness to travel and flexibility for local project assignments, as well as good spoken and written German language skills are also important.
Technical understanding alone is not enough in this field of activity. It is crucial to manage projects safely under clear guidelines, to lead teams on the construction site and to reliably implement the requirements in the rail environment.
